When my sister called the front desk asking to bring me some clothes/toiletries, they told her there were no visiting hours that day, so she couldn\'t even bring me something to wear. The nurse ended up pulling something out of the lost and found pile for me to wear. The first two days that I was there, only one of the showers had hot water, so I had everyone coming to my room to shower. The water went from ice cold to scolding hot and nothing in between. When I mentioned it to the staff, they just shrugged and did nothing about it. Food was just laid out for everyone to take as much or as little as they wanted. No one was monitoring patient eating habits. The TVs were off for the majority of the time and they didn\'t have books or activities for us to fill the time with.... I was there for depression, but that wing didn\'t have room, so all of the group sessions I participated in were about drug use. The entire area was kept at very cold temperatures... There was absolutely nothing helpful about my stay there.... My bill was $2900 for a nightmare of a stay in a place staffed by an overworked psychiatrist and angry, disgruntled nurses. My insurance only paid $80 because that was the only part of the bill labeled as Medial/Professional Services. The rest was room and board! What a joke. If you care about your loved ones, take them elsewhere for treatment. This place shouldn\'t even be called a treatment center.
